Therapeutic prostate massage

Therapeutic prostate massage
In a therapeutic massage of the prostate gland, the doctor places a finger rectally over the back of the prostate gland (as is done during a normal examination of the prostate gland) and firmly and methodically presses on the entire surface of the gland, working from the lateral edge medially, in order to open open prostatic ducts that are blocked thickened secretion, which helps to allocate the secret into the urethra.
The role of prostate massage in providing symptom relief is controversial. Some patients find that massage provides temporary relief that is worth the inconvenience and discomfort during the manipulation.

Whether masturbation provides an effect comparable to that of intercourse remains unknown. Ironically, similar prostate problems in the 19th century were attributed to excess masturbation; what was denounced as the cause of prostatitis in the 1800s is being touted as a remedy in the 20th century. Before recommending masturbation, keep in mind that this is a delicate topic; it is unacceptable from the point of view of the moral and religious standards of some patients.

therapeutic ejaculation
The role of frequent ejaculation in the production or reduction of CPPS symptoms remains controversial. Patients with an enlarged, congested gland are often advised to have regular intercourse to relieve their symptoms.

Relief of symptoms after intercourse depends on the patient and is not effective for everyone.Поділитися цим:
